What changes the price

  • Material grade: compact laminate costs more than MFC but lasts far longer in wet or busy washrooms.
  • Height: full-height cubicles use more board and need lighting and extract inside each compartment.
  • Number of cubicles: set-up and travel are spread across the run, so larger runs cost less per cubicle.
  • Hardware: stainless steel, anti-ligature and concealed systems cost more than standard aluminium.
  • Access and timing: upper floors without lifts, night work and phased programmes add labour.
  • Strip-out: removing and disposing of old cubicles usually adds £60–£140 per position.

Frequently asked questions

Are toilet cubicle prices per cubicle or per panel?

We price per cubicle, which includes its share of panels, pilasters, door, headrail and hardware. End and return panels are included in the run price.

Is VAT included in your guide prices?

No. Guide prices are ex VAT. VAT at the standard rate is added to commercial invoices.

Why do online cubicle prices look cheaper?

Many online prices are supply only. Installation, delivery, strip-out, access and making good are what turn a supply price into an installed price.
