Full-height vs standard-height toilet cubicles

Short answer

Standard cubicles stand about 2000mm tall with gaps at the floor and ceiling, which keeps cost down and helps cleaning and ventilation. Full-height cubicles run floor to ceiling for complete privacy and better sound separation, and are used to build self-contained toilet rooms, but they cost more and need lighting and extract inside.
