Full-height and Approved Document T
Since 1 October 2024, Approved Document T in England has set out how toilet accommodation in new non-domestic buildings and material changes of use should be provided: single-sex toilets for men and women, or fully enclosed universal toilets where space does not allow. A universal toilet is a fully enclosed room with its own WC, washbasin and hand drying. Full-height cubicle systems with a basin inside are one of the most efficient ways to build them.
For healthcare washrooms in Worcestershire we work to your infection control requirements, with wipe-clean compact laminate, hygienic wall cladding and Doc M accessible toilets.
In Worcestershire's period buildings we fit full-height cubicles and IPS that hide new services without disturbing historic fabric more than necessary.
