Full-height and Approved Document T
Since 1 October 2024, Approved Document T in England has set out how toilet accommodation in new non-domestic buildings and material changes of use should be provided: single-sex toilets for men and women, or fully enclosed universal toilets where space does not allow. A universal toilet is a fully enclosed room with its own WC, washbasin and hand drying. Full-height cubicle systems with a basin inside are one of the most efficient ways to build them.
Industrial and logistics sites in Northamptonshire use us for welfare blocks: compact laminate cubicles, showers, changing and lockers, plus budget MFC for dry offices.
For Northamptonshire's office buildings we fit compact laminate and flush-fronted cubicles, IPS panelling and vanity units, and we can phase a refit around tenants or work out of hours.
